The cover design is based on the parable of ‘The Blind Men and an Elephant’ from the Panchatantra in which six blind men who have never encountered an elephant come across one and attempt to conceptualize it. They touch different parts of its body and describe the elephant from their limited and subjective experience, leading to strong disagreements — Is it a snake, a rope, a wall, or a tree?  But eventually, they learn better. One message from the parable that inspired the design is that while different perspectives may lead to distinct points of view, it is only by sharing our collective wisdom that we can aspire to a better understanding of our world.
